SALES TAX
If you live in California and ship to an address outside of the State of California, sales tax will not be charged. A sales tax of 7.75% applies only to those orders being shipped to or within California. There is no sales tax added to orders being shipped outside of California.
SHIPPING
All shipments are by UPS ground insured. Your order will usually be shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt of order. If your order is delayed, you will be notified. There is a flat shipping rate of 15% per order before tax. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, there is a $10.00 fee for each additional address.
RETURNS
Should you need to return an item, you must send us an email within five(5)calendar days of your receipt of the item(s). If we do not hear from you with the five (5) days the sale is final. No returns will be granted after the five (5) calendar day period has expired unless previously approved.
If we receive written notification from you within the five (5) days, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price plus tax upon receipt of the item(s).
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. There is no credit given for shipping and handling for any return unless in the rare case that a product is damaged.
Should you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within five(5)days. Please call us at 415-492-9056 or email us to arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Please be advised that you MUST return the item in it's original package and packaging materials in order for you to receive the replacement. NO exceptions will be made.
BACKORDERS
We make every effort to ship orders complete. Occasionally, there will be back orders which will be shipped automatically as soon as the merchandise is in stock, unless your order specifies to cancel any backorders.
